Our home care staff never goes into clients' homes without first being introduced and trained by our professional in-home care case manager. Our clients always know who is going to arrive at their door, and they also know who the backup person is. This is to give our clients the security of always knowing who is in their home.
We hire only experienced home health caregivers and we are not a referral agency. All of our staff are well trained, supervised and under our direct control at all times. We are always in full compliance with all California and US employment laws and requirements.
