The qualified caregiving staff at Sacramento Life Force Home Health Care undergoes a stringent screening process. Background checks are done and every reference is checked. All of our in-home health care staff members are qualified Personal Home Care Attendants, and are first trained and introduced by our Case Manager before ever entering a client’s home.
You will always know the caregiver who is going to arrive at your door and who your back-up caregiver will be. Your caregivers will always be well informed about you, your needs, and the details of your particular situation. Our belief is that our clients should be secure in their knowledge of who is in their home – and with our compatibility guarantee you can be assured of complete satisfaction, or the caregiver will be replaced.
We Protect You. Because We Care.
We have an on-call agency administrator available for any client or staffing crisis 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
… Because we care about being available for you.
“Insured?” What does that mean to you and your family? Well, it means we pay for workman’s comp insurance, bonding insurance, unemployment insurance and general liability insurance. We take care of all this so you can feel safe knowing that you have such protections. We also take all taxes out for our staff as direct care employees of ours. Our insurance covers ALL of our staff – NO independent contractors here!
… Because we care to ensure that you are protected.
With our agency you are fully protected, and can feel safe and sure with us. With Sacramento Life Force Home Health Care, your loved one in our care, and we consider that to be a honor that we do not take lightly. Having you and your family feeling safe and sure is very important to the staff of our agency, and we mean it! When you choose to have our experienced and caring home care staff members come into your home to provide that helping hand, we know feeling safe, secure and sure is so important to you.
… Because we care about your family’s safety and piece-of-mind.
It is important to feel good about the quality of the care being provided to you on all levels, not only in-home, but also with our staff in the office. Why the office too? Having an administrative staff that is knowledgeable about home health care enables them to not only take care of needs and issues that are important to you, but also gives them the experience to anticipate possible issues long before they become problems. All of our administrative staff have worked many years in the field before ever working in our office. Their experience also ensures that only good and qualified home healthcare caregivers are ever considered for employment.
… Because we care about the quality of your in-home health care.
We are here to provide the services needed to make life a little better for you. Confidentiality and quality of care are paramount.
… Because we really do care.
